🍊 Gubinge plum also known as Kakadu plum, or salty plum, is an Australian native used by Australian Aborigines for food and to make drinks, jellies and gums.

🍊 Gubinge plum is the richest natural source of vitamin C, which can make up to 5.5% of its wet weight, as well as being a rich source medicinally important bioactive compounds with 5x the antioxidant level of blueberries.
