🍹 Muddle 4 slices of cucumber, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp freshly chopped mint leaves in a shaker.
🍹 Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
🍹 Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
🍹 Fill the glass with sparkling water, sodastream, soda, or kombucha
🍹 Stir gently and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
